At Nailed by Nae, we value your time and ours. Please review the following policies before booking your appointment:

A 24-hour notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $30 cancellation fee.
Consistent no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in restricted booking privileges.
If you reschedule your appointments new deposit must be sent.

We accept all major payment forms, including Tap to Pay, Cash, CashApp, PayPal, and Venmo.
Please note: Using CashApp, PayPal, or Venmo will result in a $5 service fee.
A deposit is required for all services. This deposit will go toward your final balance.

Regular hours: Tuesday – Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM.
I am closed on Sundays and Mondays, but appointments are available for an additional fee.
Sunday or Monday appointments = $60 extra fee.
Before/after hours appointments (60 minutes before opening or closing) = $30 extra fee.

When booking fill-in appointments, please ensure you have at least 6 nails intact.
If fewer than 6 nails are present, the service will be considered a new full set.
Please book accordingly to avoid surprises at your appointment.
A soak-off must be booked every three nail sets.

Timeliness is essential to keep all clients on schedule.
Please arrive on time to your appointment.
There is no grace period after your scheduled appointment time.
A $20 late fee will be applied if you arrive late.
After 30 minutes, your appointment will be automatically canceled.

Prepare for your appointment
Soak off your nails
At Nailed by Nae, I do not work over another nail tech’s work. This is to ensure the quality, safety, and longevity of your nails, as well as to maintain the integrity of my services.
If you currently have a set done elsewhere, you must first book a Soak Off appointment prior to receiving any new services. This allows me to:
Safely remove the previous product without damaging your natural nails.
Properly prep your nails for your new set.
Guarantee the durability and finish of my work.
⚠️ Please note: If you arrive with nails done by another tech and did not book a Soak Off, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited.
Bring your ideas to life
At Nailed by Nae, every set is unique and tailored to you. Once you book your appointment, you will be contacted directly to confirm your design.
I require your design choice before your appointment so that I can:
Accurately price your set based on length, complexity, and materials.
Ensure I have all the products, charms, and colors needed to bring your vision to life.
Schedule the correct amount of time for your service, especially for custom or detailed designs.

Failure to send your design in advance may result in limited design options at your appointment.
If your design requires significant adjustments, additional charges may apply.

These policies are in place to:
Protect both your time and mine.
Guarantee that appointments run smoothly.
Provide clarity on payments, deposits, cancellations, late arrivals, and service requirements.
By booking with Nailed by Nae, you are agreeing to follow these policies in full.
Failure to do so may result in additional fees, cancellation of your appointment, or restrictions on future bookings.

At Nailed by Nae, I operate on a structured schedule to ensure every client receives quality service and undivided attention. Please review my business hours before booking:
Tuesday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday & Monday: Closed (special accommodations available with an additional fee)
After-Hours & Special Appointments
Sunday or Monday appointments are available upon request, but they require an additional $60 fee.
Before/after-hours appointments (scheduled 60 minutes before opening or after closing) are available with an additional $30 fee.
⚠️ Please note:
Booking outside of my standard hours must be arranged in advance and confirmed with payment of the extra fee.
Standard policies (deposits, late fees, cancellations) still apply to after-hours and weekend appointments.
